Park Ha’Yam is Bat Yam’s first ecological neighborhood – a rare real estate gem, located adjacent to the beach and near Tel Aviv’s employment, entertainment, and leisure centers. A park is planned in the center of the neighborhood, centered on an ecological ornamental pool. The neighborhood will include luxurious green-built residential towers; public, educational and cultural institutions; a mall and entertainment complex; an innovative sports center; an employment and commercial center; and a hotel complex. A seafront park and towering spaces
The Sarfati Sea&Park project was built in the best locations of the Park Ha’Yam neighborhood. The first two plots currently being marketed are built on the first line to the park in the center of the neighborhood and only about 700 meters from the beach. Four towers, each 23 stories high, together comprise 350 diverse units, with 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms, alongside luxurious penthouses. Each tower has a luxurious lobby and 2 floors of underground parking. In the future, additional residential towers will be marketed: these will be built in stages, for a total of about residential 600 units.
Design inspired by nature and the sea
Closeness to nature and the sea was the inspiration for the planning and design of the luxury towers and apartments of the Sarfati Sea&Park project. The beautiful plans are the fruit of the talent of the ‘Tito Oman Architects’ office. The units were designed to provide the modern family with access to everything essential and pleasant in life: an open view and clean air, smart use of space, and a rich but personal living experience. At the foot of the towers, an ecological pool adds to the overall calm atmosphere. The common spaces were constructed with the intention of creating an intimate and personal feeling.
