Sarfati Neuman Real Estate is proud to present the new apex of Jerusalem real estate in the new Arnona neighborhood. Come discover a luxurious and unforgettable Jerusalem living experience.
The Project
Luria – 17 impressive buildings with 335 residential units of various sizes and specifications. The entire project was designed by the Yehuda Feigin architectural firm, which specializes in unique and prestigious developments in Jerusalem, and was built using a stepped construction technique that leverages the elevation to bring the clear mountain air and Jerusalem views into each and every apartment.
At Luria, you will find a diverse mix of 2–5-bedroom apartments, luxurious garden apartments and sophisticated penthouses.
The new Arnona neighborhood in all its glory
The Liberty Bell Park and Upper Aqueduct Park that span the neighborhood complete the quality living experience. The project’s location ensures easy and convenient access to central traffic routes and employment centers such as Givat Shaul, Har Hotzvim and Talpiot.
In the future, the light rail’s Blue Line will bring the Khan Theater, the First Station complex, and other cultural centers within the distance of a short drive. Also in easy reach: the German Colony, the Botanical Garden, Malcha Mall, and the Ramat Rachel Country Club.
When you live at the peak of the new Arnona, the whole city is spread out before you.
The history of the Arnona neighborhood
Like the rest of Jerusalem, the future of the new Arnona is a natural outgrowth of the neighborhood’s roots. Arnona was founded in 1931 as an extension of the Talpiot neighborhood and was initially called simply “Talpiot Mizrahi.”
In 1932, Ben-Zion Luria, one of the neighborhood’s founders, had a firstborn daughter, the first girl to be born in the new neighborhood. Luria, who was an educator, explorer, and writer, decided, with typical lyricism, to name her Arnona, after the Arnon River, which he loved to watch from the window of the family home. Jerusalem legend has it that residents loved the girl’s name so much that they themselves appealed to the municipal naming committee to change the neighborhood’s name from Talpiot Mizrahi to Arnona.
Feel Jerusalem at home
The project’s ideal hillside location and terraced construction bring breathtaking Jerusalem views into every living room and bring the mountain air to the balconies from the first floors. The well-appointed living experience is perfected through rich and luxurious specifications in the range of apartments.
